A fun weekend for all in the 'canal capital of Scotland', the Kirkintilloch Canal Festival celebrates the heritage of the West of Scotland's canal heritage, inlcuding Roman heritage displays, boat trips, live music, arts and crafts, street theatre and even ghost trips along the canal to get you into the 'spirit' of the event. Good times guaranteed.

This event takes place in August 2008 - exacts dates have yet to be confirmed, so keep checking back for details.
